Currently, I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. With the completion my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I want to be someone you can trust and who can support you through difficult times. ROSALYN GODDARD (SHE/HER)
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I believe that people hold the answers within themselves and are the true experts of their own lives. My role is to offer steady, compassionate support as you reconnect with your inner voice and move toward what feels most meaningful to you.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they can’t explain — those carrying grief or loss, giving more than they have, or feeling like they’ve lost touch with themselves in the process of keeping everything together. Therapy can be a place to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a safe and compassionate space where your feelings are honoured, and you can begin to feel more at home in yourself. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create an experience that is as unique as you are — guided by your needs, your pace, and your goals.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. I am also a registered yoga teacher with years of experience connecting with people through movement, breath, and body awareness.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, processing old wounds, or finding your way back to yourself, I’m here to support you with care, empathy, and respect.

MICHELLE CHEW (SHE/HER)

I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples by exploring their concerns in the greater context of their lives. Whether you're looking for tools to cope with an undesirable situation or you simply need a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I'm here for you. I know how intimidating vulnerability can be, so I commit to walking through this journey with you at your own pace.
My approach is focused on self-acceptance, eliminating shame, and welcoming vulnerability. In our sessions I will provide compassionate care, empowering you to manage life’s circumstances and reclaim control. I utilize an integrative framework, drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and mindfulness. My specific areas of interest are disordered eating, communication, relationships, self-esteem, and stress.
In my spare time, you can find me cuddling up on the couch with my husband and Doberman watching a movie, volunteering at my church, or playing board games with friends.
