Will My Insurance Cover Session Fees?

​The answer is probably YES because we are Registered Psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Please check with your insurance provider directly prior to our first session to determine your coverage eligibility for services provided by a Registered Psychologist.
Cancellation Policy:
When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time slot for you and only you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of time. If you need to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice in order to avoid applying the cancellation fee.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full rate of the appointment.
Our cancellation policy is intended to respect the time and commitment of both client and therapist.

How Much Will A Therapy Session Cost?

Counselling and Psychotherapy fees vary depending on the specific service you require. Generally the cost for the 50 minute session will be between $100 to $195, which includes HST. The fee for the 50 minute session also includes the additional time spent in related research, record-keeping and consultation.
