You are welcome to show up to therapy feeling messy, unsure, overwhelmed, or guarded. I focus on building trust and creating a strong therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. I also value warmth and humour, and while I can’t promise you’ll laugh, I do think I’m pretty funny.

I work especially well with people who think deeply and feel intensely, including gifted individuals, overthinkers, and those whose minds never seem to switch off. I support clients navigating PTSD and past or childhood trauma, OCD, generalized and social anxiety, new motherhood, divorce, and complicated family relationships. I am committed to providing a 2SLGBTQIA+ positive and neurodivergent-affirming space.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded. Together, we can gently untangle old pain, build new emotional pathways, and turn down the volume on anxious thoughts. We will set goals together and move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you, without pressure or judgment.

I believe healing is not about perfection. It is about learning to breathe again, laugh again, and find meaning in the process. If you are ready to feel lighter, steadier, or simply less alone in what you are carrying, I am here to support you.
