My general style of therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and courage-focused. I believe that healing begins in a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I am committed to offering a 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming space for tweens, teens, young adults, and adults. I walk alongside clients as they explore their experiences, identify patterns, and build practical tools for change.
I believe my clients have strengths and skills waiting to be uncovered. I hope to help my clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and courage.

I chose this profession out of a strong desire to make the world a better place than I found it by helping others.
Seeing a client find their inner strength and feel empowered is the most meaningful part of being a therapist.
I am currently a practicum student and intern with the team and offer sessions at a reduced rate of $100. This helps make therapy more accessible and affordable.
I love to read, bake, sew, grow roses and pontoon/fish in the summer. Learning the drums in my free time.
