I approach therapy with warmth, presence, and genuine care. I view the therapeutic process as deeply relational, where connection and collaboration support meaningful change. I also view clients as the experts in their own lives, and I work to create a space where their insight, strengths, and lived experience guide the work we do together.
I believe therapy is relational, and connection and attunement are central to healing. The pace is always individualized—moving at a speed that feels safe and sustainable for you. When appropriate, I also bring in mindfulness and gentle awareness practices to support insight, regulation, and growth.
I believe in people’s resilience and capacity for growth. I chose this work because I feel it is an honor and a privilege to witness and support people as they uncover and reclaim their own strength and autonomy. Being part of that process—seeing someone make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their inner resources—is deeply meaningful and inspires me every day.
The most meaningful part of this work is seeing clients gain clarity and reclaim agency in their lives. Being part of that process is deeply rewarding.
Outside the therapy room, I’ve spent many years teaching fitness classes and yoga, which deeply influences my mind-body approach to healing. I’m originally from the East Coast, something that shows up in my warm and grounded style. When I’m not working, you can usually find me connecting with the people who matter most, being active, and appreciating the small, meaningful moments of everyday life.
