My therapy philosophy is grounded in unconditional positive regard. I see each person as inherently valuable and deserving of compassionate support.

Clients should know that I don’t see myself as the final puzzle piece in your life; you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to offer guidance, skills, and perspective, but the direction we take is always informed by your goals and what resonates with you. The best therapeutic tools are the ones that make sense in the context of your lived experience.

I chose to become a therapist because therapy offered me a safe space to be honest and vulnerable without judgment during a challenging period in my life. I aim to offer that same environment to my clients, one that combines emotional support with practical guidance to help navigate life’s complexities.

Being part in a client’s journey towards self-advocacy and making meaning where hope was once lost is the best part of my job.

When I’m not in the therapy office, you can find me spending time with my husband and daughter, unwinding with a knitting project, or getting outside for a walk. I also have a soft spot for cozy coffee shops and a good cup of coffee. My Christian faith is the most important part of my life, and I feel most grounded when I’m rooted in my church community and nurturing meaningful connections there.
