I offer a person-centred and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and reflect on your experiences. I work with individuals aged 18 and older navigating grief and loss, anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and connection.
My practice includes both talk therapy and art therapy, offering different ways to explore what feels meaningful to you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being, strengthen self-awareness, and connect with ways of coping that feel authentic to your life.
I value building a trusting therapeutic relationship and meeting you where you are. Your needs, goals, and pace help guide our work, with room for what emerges from session to session. When appropriate, I welcome creativity and interactive approaches as additional ways to reflect on and understand the experiences you may be carrying.
I chose this profession because I wanted to do work that felt meaningful and connected to people’s stories. I’ve always been curious about what shapes us, how we relate to ourselves and the world around us, and how we move through difficult times. I feel honoured to offer a space to pause, reflect, and explore what matters most to you.
The most meaningful part of my work is witnessing people deepen their understanding of themselves and their experiences. I’m grateful to support clients as they connect with their inner resources and develop a greater sense of agency in their lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, creating artwork, being active, and making space for rest, connection, and meaningful experiences with others.
