I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling and over 15 years of experience in university, non-profit, and private practice settings. I support clients through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth concerns, grief, and the impact of childhood trauma. I offer counselling in English, French, and Spanish, bringing a warm, grounded presence to each session.
I work primarily with adults—especially women navigating postpartum changes, complex relationship dynamics, perimenopause, or major life transitions. I also support highly sensitive individuals and late teens or young adults exploring their identity, mental health, and next steps in life.
In our sessions, we focus on what matters most to you that day, moving at your pace. My priority is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel seen and supported as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward meaningful change.
I chose this profession because I’ve always been drawn to listening deeply and helping others through moments of struggle. Walking alongside someone as they grow toward greater clarity, connection, and wholeness is the most fulfilling part of my work.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” — Anaïs Nin
I love yoga, being in nature, and getting lost in a good book or audiobook. Connecting with my family is one of my core values, and being a mom to my now–teenage daughter is one of the most meaningful and fulfilling parts of my life. She’s actually the reason I started my private practice in Courtice back in 2014. After she was born in 2013, I wanted to keep working in mental health while still having enough time at home to parent and care for her. Private practice allowed me to do both—to stay in the work I love while also being present for her.
