My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships without judgment. Together, we focus on insight and practical tools that help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to help you identify and understand the underlying emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, or working through grief, I’m here to support you in making meaningful progress toward your goals. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, develop coping strategies.

I became a psychotherapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and helping them feel truly seen and supported. I believe we all deserve a space where we can speak openly, heal, and grow without judgment.

What I find most meaningful is witnessing clients feel truly seen and supported as they grow. Being trusted to sit with people in vulnerable moments and helping them discover their own strength and capacity for change is incredibly rewarding.
