I incorporate a flexible and progressive approach to therapy by putting the client’s needs first and providing a space that anyone can feel welcomed and secure. My goal is to provide a safe space to work through any of life’s difficulties and ensure progress can be made towards client goals.

I am always open to new perspectives and approaches to therapy, and will always try my best to cater to your specific needs. Myself as a therapist strives to provide a space where clients can acknowledge that they are the experts in their own story, and I work to be part of the journey of self-discovery and growth.

I enjoy helping those in need of a vulnerable space for their thoughts, as well providing a vessel of significant change in people’s stories so they can live their most meaningful and fulfilling lives.

What I find most meaningful about the work I do is the opportunity to see clients reach their goals and become a version of themselves they can be proud of.

  • EFT – Emotionally Focused Therapy
