Clinical Supervision for Therapists
Types of Supervision
Supervision is offered by Janina, who is qualified to provide supervision as determined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Sessions are designed to support both clinical skill development and reflective practice.
Individual Supervision
One-on-one supervision sessions provide a dedicated space to explore your clinical work in depth. Together we can reflect on client dynamics, challenges that arise in sessions, and the therapeutic relationship, while supporting your continued growth and confidence as a therapist.
Dyadic Supervision
Dyadic supervision offers two therapists a shared space to explore clinical work in depth. Similar to individual supervision, these sessions support reflection on client dynamics, challenges in session, and the therapeutic relationship.
Group Supervision
Group supervision offers a collaborative learning environment where therapists can share perspectives, discuss cases, and learn from one another’s experiences. These groups foster community while supporting professional development through shared reflection.
About Your Supervisor
Janina is qualified to provide clinical supervision as determined by the CRPO.
Her supervision style is relational and collaborative. In supervision sessions, Janina partners with therapists to open up a space where client concerns, therapeutic challenges, and clinical questions can be explored together.
Rather than directing your therapy work, Janina honours the wisdom you already bring to your practice. Supervision becomes a place where you can reflect on your work, explore new perspectives, and continue developing your therapeutic approach in a way that feels authentic to you.
The intention of supervision is not only skill-building, but also supporting your growth, confidence, and presence as a therapist.
